Info in. Macro out. Same day.

Send a measurement report and whatever else you have — the carrier’s estimate, photos, bids, invoices, the policy. Get back an Xactimate-ready macro and a documented scope package the same business day.

We will email you when MacroClaim opens. No spam, no reselling your address.

Three steps. No software to learn.

01

Send what you have

Pick the trades you want estimated and upload the file. A measurement report is the one thing we cannot work without — from an EagleView alone we can write your roof. Everything else widens what we can scope.

02

We build the estimate

Quantities built off the measurement report. Send the carrier’s estimate too and we scope against what they wrote — corrected quantities, what they left out, cited. Code items, OSHA, and general conditions where they apply. Every line traced to a document.

03

Import and send

You get a macro that imports into your own Xactimate on your own price list, plus a written scope package and a draft letter. You review it, you submit it, you keep control.

What lands in your inbox.

An importable macro

Runs in your Xactimate on your price list. Standard lines price themselves; nothing is hardcoded. Sectioned by trade so you can see what is what.

A documented scope package

Every line we added, what it is based on — the measurement report, the adopted code, the federal regulation, the carrier's own estimate — and the quantity math behind it.

A draft letter to the carrier

Written to their estimate and your state's claims-handling standards. You review it and you send it. Included, not an add-on.

A list of what we could not do

If your submission was missing something, we say so plainly, name the exact item that would complete it, and hold the file open. We do not quietly deliver a thin estimate and let you find out later.

Built for the contractor who is tired of paying a percentage.

Supplement companies take ten to fifteen percent of what they recover, and they take it on every claim, forever. If you run volume, that is real money going out the door for work that is largely repeatable.

MacroClaim is a flat price for a finished estimate. You do the submitting, you keep the relationship with your adjuster, and you keep the difference.

Where we stop, on purpose.

We prepare construction estimating and supporting documentation from the materials you send us. We do not contact your carrier, represent the insured, negotiate a settlement, decide coverage, or give legal advice. You remain responsible for reviewing the work, for your own licensing, and for what you submit.

That line is not modesty. It is what keeps this a tool you can use rather than a service that puts your license at issue.

Priced by the estimate, not by what you recover.

You pay for the trades you ask for and the add-ons you turn on. Nothing else. If we cannot scope something because the information was not there, you are not billed for it. Same-day is how we work, not a surcharge — rush is there for the day you have an adjuster meeting at two o'clock.

Pricing is being set with input from contractors in the field. Join the list and we will send it to you before we open.

Questions.

Do I need Xactimate?

Yes. The macro imports into your own Xactimate on your own price list. We do not ship prices — your list prices the estimate.

What do you actually need from me?

A measurement report. That by itself is enough to write your roof. If you want us working against the carrier — corrected quantities, scope they left out, line by line — send their estimate too. Everything past that (photos, bids, invoices, the declarations page) widens what we can scope and strengthens what we can support.

What if I send an incomplete file?

You get an estimate for what your file supported, plus a plain list of what was missing and what would complete it. Your file stays open. Send the missing piece and we finish that section.

How fast?

Same business day. If you need it inside three hours, turn on rush and your file goes to the front of the queue with a hard deadline on it. If a file arrives incomplete, the clock starts when the missing piece lands.

Do you talk to my adjuster?

No. Never. You send everything, you handle every conversation.

Is this a supplement company?

No. We write estimates. What you do with the estimate is your business.
